Infra & Data Security : ITIS Cross Technology Foundation
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or information systems
•8+ years of relevant work experience
•Experience working within End User Computing Service Delivery or similar function
•Knowledge of end user computing application architecture frameworks, concepts, and designing IT solutions
• Knowledge of the Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments; experience across distribution technology and end-user tools in an enterprise desktop environment
•Knowledge of end-point security, remediation, and imaging
•Knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android
•Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, and make sound decisions in emergency situations
•Highly self-motivated and directed with attention to detail
• Strong customer service orientation
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
•Proven skills in service development, delivery, operations.
