PMP certified. With at least 4-5 years experience of Leading medium to Large scale projects. Good Communication skills !Microsoft Project Microsoft Excel Power point.
Planning Project Resources: Planning for the right level and combination of resources keeping in mind the final delivery and budget in mind.
Assembling and Leading Project Team: ability to lead a team without trying to micromanage it. Create tracking tools and and processes for the team members to collaborate and coordinate.
Time Management: Ensure proper milestone based delivery and keeping the project and stakeholders in line with the expectations of timelines.
Manage Issues and Risk: Ensure proper end to end tracking and management of issues and risks across the project.
Monitoring Progress: Tracking of the deliverables through the various milestones and managing any schedule or delivery slippages and ensure well planned out and quality delivery.
Reporting and Documentation: Responsible for project documentation overall. Managing and ensuring the proper documentation of training materials and technical documentation. Preparing and presenting the weekly status reports to all stakeholders. Ensure proper management of requirements documents, traceability matrix, RASCI model for the project.
