Role – Quality Domain Business Analyst (With SAP QM)

Job Description:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Act as Requirements Point of Contact between Business and Project teams — reviewing Business requirements, clarifying ambiguities, and driving alignment
- Facilitate and document Design workshops; contribute to Design Phase deliverables
- Co-author the Integration Test Plan and execute test cycles; manage defects
- Support the Business through UAT planning and execution
- Provide on-site support during go-live and hyper care period
- Liaise with global teams to align local deployment with SAP QM standards
- Prepare deployment documentation and support key-user knowledge transfer
- Participate in agile ceremonies: standups, grooming, quality gates
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and cybersecurity standards
- Business Analysis REQUIRED Business requirement - analysis, requirements documentation, workshop facilitation
- SAP QM REQUIRED Hands-on module experience;
- Testing (SIT / UAT) REQUIRED Test plan co-authoring, cycle execution, defect management
- Agile delivery REQUIRED Daily standups, sprint grooming, quality gates
- French & English REQUIRED Full bilingual proficiency — written and spoken
- Aerospace / regulated industry A strong asset
