Job Description:

• Utilize your strong background as a DevOps Architect with deep understanding of Organizational change to:
• Work with client stakeholders to assess existing Software Delivery and Operations practices to identify value-stream bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Develop guidelines and guard-rails for DevOps pipelines, toolchain and metrics; design/prescribe effective remediation blueprints for DevOps teams
• Interact with Application teams (App Dev, Test, and Ops roles) to provide leadership and guidance for DevOps adoption
• Develop and present proposals and solution blueprints to clients, prospects, and partners
• Perform bid and proposal gap analysis to qualify opportunities and develop solutions, basis of estimates, staffing structures, and other aspects of solutions in services bids
• Highly competent in critical analysis, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a complex and highly consultative sales process
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communications skills
• Maintain highest level of technical and market knowledge
• Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring
• Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling such as Jenkins/Bamboo, PCF, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and Docker/Kubernetes, Monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus etc.)
• Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Observability principles

• 15-20 years of experience; 5+ years in Solution Architecture; 2+ years as DevOps Architect
• Flexibility to attend and support different time zone meetings; Willing to travel regionally, nationally and internationally
• Believes in working in a “continuous improvement” environment

·         Education: Candidate should have Engineering background – B.S. / B.E. / B.TECH (from any stream) with hands-on experience related to DevOps practices and tool-chain.
