Job Description:

Technical Skills:

·         Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in overall automation and/or robotics development.

o    UiPath preferred

·         Ability to design, build, test, and implement automation products

·         Develop workflows and manage testing cycles

·         Work on implementation team to provide support for customer projects

·         Plan and execute activities within agile development lifecycle

·         strong software troubleshooting skills

·         Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills 

·         understanding of programming constructs (C++, C#, VisualBasic, VBA.net)

·         Strong fundamentals in object oriented design, data structures

·         Demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly.

·         Develops and configures automation processes as per requirements.

·         Ability to create Technical design documentation as required.

·         Works collaboratively with all project team members

·         Effective & transparent communication skills

·         System Analysis/Evaluation – able to understand how different system works together

·         Design – understand manual business processes and propose design for automation

·         Programming – robotics programming interaction with hardware, databases, internet

·         Experience with Databases – Relational databases, Big data, PL/SQL

·         Web Technologies – Java/.NET, Python, Java script, XML

·         Automation technologies – explore tools like Automation Anywhere

·         Servers – Knowledge about Web, Application server

·         Ability to build automated modules utilizing data from databases, files, websites.

Process Skills:

·         Capable of analyzing requirements in Microsoft technologies systems in the field of Planning, development, executing testing cases as per client requirements

·         Ability to write test plans, create test cases test data for Microsoft technologies systems

Behavioral Skills:

·         Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

·         Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

·         Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

·         Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
