- Responsible for service delivery within region and team performance to SLAs (service level agreements).
- On boards and trains team members.
- Collects feedback and interfaces with local Client stakeholders.
- Collects feedback from team on processes and tools and proactively suggests opportunities for process improvements. Maintains documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manages change control processes.
- Manages team schedules and absences to ensure continuity of services.
- Oversees escalation process and escalates issues to Client as required.
