Operations Manager
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Contract
Only USC, GC and TN visa

  • Responsible for service delivery within region and team performance to SLAs (service level agreements).
  • On boards and trains team members.
  • Collects feedback and interfaces with local Client stakeholders.
  • Collects feedback from team on processes and tools and proactively suggests  opportunities for process improvements. Maintains documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manages change control processes.
  • Manages team schedules and absences to ensure continuity of services.
  • Oversees escalation process and escalates issues to Client as required.
