  • Accountable for the overall success of the program.
  • Interfaces with Client leadership to align on strategic direction for the program.
  • Collects feedback and oversees performance improvement initiatives.
  • Runs program level business reviews and monthly operational reviews.
  • Oversees the recruiting and performance management processes within vendor’s team.
  • Ensures consistency in service delivery between regions.
