Job Description:
Work with customer to define the product vision and initiate the product road map, articulating the epics and features that should seed the product backlog

Work with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature sets

Present/Gain Buy-in from Executive Management

Roll up product dashboard and provide additional, periodical, and frequent communications to the business owners and management

Be the voice of the product owner to management for Agile resource management (personnel, automation tools, work flow tools) when contention or issues arise.

Responsible and accountable for user stories and user acceptance criteria

Comfortable writing user stories and user acceptance criteria as needed

Perform as Scrum Master, facilitate grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo/review, sprint retrospective, daily stand-up

Remove team impediments

Experience working as or tightly with Product Owners

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

At least 3 years of professional experience in product management and business analysis

Requirement gathering and documentation experience

Excellent verbal, written communication, organization and time management skills

Desirable certification: Scrum Master Certification, Scrum Product Owner Certification, PMP certification.
