Job Description :

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
·         Possess strong customer service skill, explore opportunities to delight the customer
·         Demonstrate ability to interpret customer needs correct, do the unexpected and prevent rework to reduce customer effort
·         Possess strong negotiation skill to achieve win-win outcome
·         Tech savvy in using Smart Phone and basic mobile applications, understand fibre broadband technology and the purpose of equipment such as router, gateway, etc.
·         Conduct regular research on up and coming technologies, demonstrate interest in future products and services across the offering
·         Excellent key-board skills, with the ability to multi-task with several online applications at one time
·         Customer service oriented, target-driven, self-motivated and willing to take on challenges
·         Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
·         Treat customers with dignity and respect, possess high confidence level, demonstrate tact, patience, polite, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems and irate customers
·         A team player, must enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with proven ability to manage stress in a high-volume work environment
·         Any experience in Healthcare &/or Pharmaceutical industry 
·         Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
