Job Description:
5+ years of experience in
quality assurance of video-centric applications over CE devices, web,
mobile - understanding system requirements, test requirement gathering and
testing life cycle.
- Participate
in day to day activities involving requirement gathering, translate
requirement/design documents into detailed test scripts, maintain test
environment, create change requests and follow up with development team.
- Certify
applications developed for web, IOS and Android and knowledge of various
OS/browsers.
- Knowledge
of web debugging proxy application Charles or Wireshark.
- Maintain
appropriate documentation for the test activities and process.
- Demonstrated
experience with defect tracking tool such as Jira
- Excellent
written & verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Investigate
bugs and provide root cause analysis.
- Excellent
troubleshooting and problem solving skills, in addition to excellent
attention to details.
- Strong
organizational and time management skills while working in a rapid
software development process.
- Should
have knowledge of API testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman.
- Should
have an experience in writing automated scripts using Python.
- Shall
be knowledgeable in using Linux and Shell Scripting
- Expertise
in testing tools like Appium, Selenium
- Prior
experience in writing automated tests using Javascript, Ruby or any other equivalent.
- Knowledge
of using GIT and Jenkins. Experience in Agile methodologies .
