Role: DevOps Project Manager

They are looking for a resource with 5-7+ years of DevOps Manager or related experience with gradually increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of DevOps and technical quality control processes, artifacts and tools
2) A track record as a coach, mentor, and developer of talent
3) An ability to drive to big-picture goals and milestones while valuing and maintaining strong attention to detail
4) An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
5) Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and project management
6) Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
7) Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles
8) Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
9) Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
10) Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills, and the ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
11) Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work, both personally and at a team level
ü Required Skills
1) CICD
General: Bash shell, Package build tools (Java- Maven, Gradle, .Net – Nuget), Python,  3rd party integration in eco-system
Tools: Jenkins, Chef, Consul- configuration management, Vault, Terraform
2) Code deployment: Consul configuration management, Data migration experience, Release: Blue/Green, Canary, High availability, Disaster recovery
3) AWS VPC: Security, Managed services used- Kinesis, AuroraDB, SNS, SQS, Lambda etc.,
4) Other technologies: redis, rabbitmq, kubernetes, Containerization- Docker
5) Monitoring: NewRelic, ELK, Prometheus, Logging & monitoring strategies (+
Zipkin)
6) Additional: Experience with other cloud providers ü Desired Skills:
