Job Description:

Enterprise Application Services : Salesforce
• Provides first level contact support.
• Acts as an internal expert on Salesforce.
• Identifies trends in requests and conducts targeted trainings in group and one-on-one settings, to address.
• Advocates changes/improvements as the “voice of the user” as a member of the project team.
• Dives in to learn new related applications to provide ongoing support.
• Continuously explores opportunities to improve the system and enhance the end-user experience
• Proactively gathers feedback and requirements from users
• Develops new thought around the strategic use of the tool to achieve business goals.
