Job Description:
Must have Skills:
**Minimum 6-7 years of testing experience in which 3+ years managing complex Testing projects
**Must have specific testing experience in In-Contact cloud solutions testing, genesys7.6/8.x testing

**Experience on Agile/Scrum methodologies
**Experience of testing strategies/methodologies (including writing test plans, test cases, conduct manual tests and use/create automation/or tools.) that can be applied in IVR/Dialer application testing, Integration to Salesforce, Call Routing, Call Reporting, Enterprise Reporting Platform.
**Experience in applying appropriate test methodologies including writing test plans, test cases, conduct manual tests and use/create automation/or tools.
**Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
**Experience of Implementing a work-flow standard for the full project life-cycle.
**Experience in defining project expectations and timelines for deliverables to fellow team members.
**Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
**Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
**Knowledge of Automation & Performance testing tools (like Cyara, Empirix, Selenium, QTP, other) preferred.
