Job Description:
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good experience of handling onsite/offshore teams• Good experience of handling clients
Platfoms(Mulesoft,APIGEE),Cloud(AWS,Azure), Scripting Language(Powershell), Modern Web development(AngularJs,HTML5,JSON,CSS3,YAML,Ruby On Rails) ,DevOps Tools(GIT, JIRA,Ansible) , Cross Platforms Framework(Xamarin) and Hybrid Frameworks(React Native).
• Must have airlines industry experience preferably on SABRE or any other GDS
• Experience in Kiosk Application Development/ Operation Support.• Expertise to support large scale internet based B2C websites• Strong problem solving skills, extremely reliable, quick learner and able to work independently and guide the developers as required.

• Ensure that all defined SLAs and KPIs
are met
• On-call availability during weekends and holidays for P1 incidents• Own, drive and fix P1 incidents.• Work with multiple stakeholders to complete RCA and implement corrective measures• Work with CM, QA and 3rd party vendors to perform deployments and bug testing
• Participate in defect review meetings and assist in GO/No GO decision making process.• This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously.• Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with senior managers, come up with new strategies, come up with quick solutions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
•Responsible for delivering the products on time by coordinating with team .
