Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of work experience in IT / software development.
• only using Kotlin (everything is written in Kotlin); looking for someone with 5+ years of deep Android development experience. Looking for someone who has experience with testing, automation, Jira, Git, UX, as well as experience working with services teams.
• College degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of programming concepts, design, procedures and practices.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Advanced problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
• Must be extremely process and detail oriented.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with health care industry very helpful.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines.
