IBM WebSphere DataPower Appliance
Technical knowledge on at least two of the following : Datapowe BAPI Connect MFT websphre MQ
Direct responsible for support of an Enterprise-Class Middleware stack based upon IBM technologies. Participate in all Major Incidents (P1s and P2s).Partner with Engineers, Administrators, Architects, Developers and Project Managers to plan and implement applications to support business requirements. Utilize best practices and provide recommendations to improve application and system performance required to meet negotiated SLAs. Define, track and maintain system configuration documents and standards. Resolving Incidents, Problems, Monitoring Events, Service Requests and changes. Responsible for providing 24/7 on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
