Corp to corp is basically a contract between one corporation to another , When any consultant or candidate work for any  other particular oragnization that oragnization pay all the taxes of that candidate and as far as the contract works all the taxes are paid by the corporation or the employer of that consultant or candiate and rate of that particular candidate should be decided by that Employer only , Sometimes when candiate have the working to the employer on the parcentage basis then he decided for the rate but the rate finally decided by the employer only and this is the way as far as the contract of that poarticular candidate works the taxes of the candidate should be paid by the Employer only,
